Tom Hall serves as the Managing Director KKDC England Ltd. In this capacity he leads the UK arm of the global architectural LED lighting manufacturer. Helping to guide business strategy, sustainability initiatives and client engagement across the globe.
Professional Leadership & Sustainability
KKDC have introduced the RE.VO ‘Return and Renew’ circular economy service in July 2025. This initiative allows clients to return and refurbish LED housings and PCBs beginning with the KIISS-L profile system, to extend lifespan, upgrade modules, and minimise waste.
He champions sustainable, circular economy principles in lighting, refurbishing fixtures to reduce environmental impact and promote reuse at end-of-life.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
Tom has played a pivotal role in event-based industry dialogue. In October 2023, he co-hosted KKDC England’s exclusive ‘Lighting the Senses’ round-table during Restaurant & Bar Design Week, and event which continues to grow now as ‘Designing the Senses’ working closely with Restaurant & Bar Design Awards and FPoV bringing together designers and specifiers to explore the interaction between sensory perception and lighting design.
He is actively involved in product development, repositioning KKDC projects with circular techniques and reuse principles, and regularly shares insights at events and through professional platforms.
