Ryan Bean
Ryan has worked at CBRE for over ten years, managing and delivering facilities services across retail, corporate, critical sites and utilities. His work has covered hard and soft services, large contract mobilisations, compliance, financial risk and full P&L accountability.
He is currently Senior Account Manager for the City of London. It's one of the most varied estates in the capital, from open spaces and traders' markets to Tower Bridge and Mansion House. Ryan leads integrated facilities management across 320 sites with a team of 15.
Before this he ran the TJX European head office account. He joined while the account was under an improvement notice, and within 12 months he had turned around every key metric and brought it back to full compliance. He has also managed John Lewis and Waitrose's Central London stores, a first-time outsource that involved TUPE for more than 300 people and led to a five-year contract renewal. Earlier roles included managing substation security and capex planning for National Grid, and HMRC's flagship London buildings.
Ryan cares about building strong teams, staying calm under pressure, and making change work in practice.
